The Law Society has set up an new quality scheme for solicitors who deal with buying and selling property. We are a member of the Conveyancing quality scheme, which means we meet the high standards the Law Society sets to ensure that we give clients a professional and quality conveyancing service. We are highly experienced in dealing with the sale and purchase of residential properties. We aim to make the process as smooth and stress free as possible. We are also able to assist with transfers of equity, remortgages, buy to let purchases, shared ownership and equity release.
Wills and Probate
We have had many years experience in advising clients on drafting their wills, so that they leave their estate to those they want to rather then what the Law states. If you have children it is important to put in place what arrangements you would want. We can also deal with the estate of a deceased person, whether they have left a will or not. At what we know is a very difficult and sad time for the deceased’s family and friends we can assist and support you in dealing with all aspects of administering their estate.

Making a Lasting Power of Attorney enables someone to help look after your financial, health and welfare affairs should you be unable to do so. We can help with the complicated procedure which is now in place. If a person is no longer able to make an LPA we can help with appointing a deputy through the Office of Public Guardian.
